Products can only be exchanged if they are unwashed, unworn, or unused, and must remain in their original selling condition, complete with all tags and packaging (if applicable)
Please note the following:
- Price differences will not be refunded if the exchanged item is lower in price than the purchased item.
- No refunds are allowed.
- No exchanges for socks, innerwear, hosiery, and discounted items (50% off or above).
Please send an exchange request via PetitBateauCS@fungkids.com. Our CS team will advise you to bring your invoice with you to selected Petit Bateau stores in Hong Kong where the exchanged product is available.

Are the items you received different from the delivery note or your order? Are you missing items listed on your delivery note? Our customer service team is available to assist you at PetitBateauCS@fungkids.com.
For Hong Kong & Macau - Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will deliver your package within a maximum of 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) regardless of the delivery method chosen.
For Taiwan - Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will deliver your package within a maximum of 15 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) regardless of the delivery method chosen.
