For exchange, please keep your merchandise in original packaging and exchange can be made once within 14 days (30 days for Kidea members) from the date of purchase. Exchanges can only be made in one of the four designated stores in Hong Kong, located at Kowloon Tong, Causeway Bay, Sha Tin, and Tsim Sha Tsui.
• True copy of sales memo must be presented when exchange merchandise.
• Price difference will not be refunded if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the purchased item.
• No refund service is provided.
• No exchange for socks and innerwear and hosiery.
• Fung Kids (HK) Ltd. reserves the right for final decision.
No refund is allowed.
Management reserves the right to amend the above without prior notice.
Any customer who abuses Petit Bateau Hong Kong Exchange & Return Policy (including without limitation demonstrating a high incidence of exchange of Merchandise after purchase), or engages in inappropriate behavior (including without limitation abuse of Petit Bateau Hong Kong staff), or illegal activities (including parallel importing or passing off of Product purchased at Petit Bateau Hong Kong by the customer) may suffer the following consequences:
• The customer may be blacklisted by Petit Bateau Hong Kong;
• Petit Bateau Hong Kong may not accept future orders from the customer;
• Petit Bateau Hong Kong may decline the customer’s request to return or exchange any Merchandise;
• If the customer is a Kidea member, he/she may be disqualified from Kidea Cards programme; or
• If the customer is not a Kidea member, he/she may be barred from joining Kidea Cards programme.
The decision as to whether a customer has abused Petit Bateau Hong Kong Returns Policy or engaged in inappropriate behavior remains within Petit Bateau Hong Kong’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final.
